Whether as a leader, mentor in science, or coach: the common thread of my work has always been the development of people.
As a forest scientist and manager of complex projects in an intercultural environment, my focus was never just on numbers and results, but on how people can optimally unfold their potential. My leadership philosophy is based on a simple principle: to accept people as they are – and to strengthen them professionally and mentally on their path exactly from that point.

To round off this many years of practical experience with a reliable, methodical foundation, I completed the IHK-certified training as a Life and Business Coach at the Business Coaching Academy with Anita Stogel.
